I have heard various views and opinions about the word “multitasking.” The question, however, remains: Is multitasking a natural ability or a self-developed ability? Some say “women have a natural ability to multitask than men.” Some say that “it’s good to do a thing at a time and not burn one candle at both ends, because it will burn out quickly.” Others have also said, “Do not be a jack of all trades, master of none; do or learn a trade or skill one at a time.” Are they wrong or right? What’s your view on this topic?
Is Multitasking a Natural Ability?

Well, my opinion on this is that multitasking is not gender-based. It just depends on how well you hone it. Look at those who are running more than one business at a time. Or those who are learning more than one skill at a time and are mastering both at the same time. What about those going to school and also running a business or learning a business during the same period?
To some extent, it’s true that not everyone can learn two things at the same time. The key is to learn and to understand yourself and know your capacity. For some, it’s a natural ability, but for others, it was developed as a result of stretching and building oneself to achieve certain goals and dreams or circumstances around them.
Multitasking is not limited
Everyone can multitask; the aspects are just different, as is how well and often it’s been honed. A major form of multitasking that everyone is striving to achieve is a balanced life. We are all striving to be balanced in every aspect of life, which is another form of multitasking.
Is multitasking a good thing or a bad thing? What’s your opinion on this?
