TO THE MEN I ONCE LOVED - Part 3

To the men I once loved, you lost

You lost out big time

You lost a lot of love and honesty, and true feelings. Unadulterated.

You lost a pound of support and strength.

Unfortunate how myopic your sight has been. A lot of love with strength.

But thank you for letting me see how I expended a lot of strength on what is not true.

TO THE MEN I ONCE LOVED - Part 3

Thank you for showing what love is not. Thank you for showing me there’s a lot more for me to see and experience, and that I can have better. Thank you because you all set me on a path of self-discovery, and I have found a lot on that path. I have found I have tonnes to offer to someone worthwhile.

To the men I once loved

I pray you find someone who’ll love you better than I did

I know a real man is being made for me who has pride, strength and dignity, and I am also being prepared.

It was too much for you, and you couldn’t see the value.

To The Men I Once Loved, I Love You Still.
