What do you do on the days that words are not enough? The day’s words cannot just say how you feel. How do you handle letting go of difficult situations? When are you expressionless? When all you do is just look? Watch and wait. When you do not even know whether you are hopeful or hopeless?

LETTING GO OF DIFFICULT SITUATIONS

There are days when no amount of motivation can lift your spirit, and motivational quotes or advice cannot even do it. People say there’s light at the end of the tunnel, but you do not even know whether you are in a tunnel or an enclosed pit.

So, for the days you are stuck in difficult situations, just remember, even if it seems as though the road is blocked. Remember that you can always turn back. People may say that that is regression or backwardness, but at times it is not. It’s like solving a mathematical equation and missing a step. All you have to do is go back and find the error and arrive at the correct answer, and sometimes the new journey is not so long, as the journey is filled with errors.

LETTING GO OF DIFFICULT SITUATIONS

How do you handle letting go of difficult situations?

In the days when you feel heavy and in difficult situations, how do you deal with it?

  • First, accept that something is wrong; you can’t deal with a problem you refuse to see. You have to know what the problem is to actually start to find a solution.
  • Identify what causes that problem. Some factors are necessary in other for a problem to remain and grow. Problems have a source and where they get nutrients to survive.
  • After identifying these causes, separate yourself from them.
  • Let go of bitter experiences.
  • Speak positively about all that concerns you. The tongue is life and death; it makes and it mars.

It might be fine to talk about problems, but when you are on your journey to healing, most time. It’s best not to say anything. Still note that you can’t fully recover if you can’t talk about a past problem and still have your peace.

Most of the time, we are led by our emotions and feelings, not by our mind and intellect. Our brains tell us what to do, but our hearts must surely find a way to convince us out of it.

Failure is just a stepping stone to success. See disappointments as opportunities to learn and develop. I just discovered that there’s a positive thing about failure. “It shows you new ways and brings innovations and new ideas; it helps your brain think faster.”

Time is key to healing. What takes so long will absolutely be perfected at the end. Time might be slow; bad news might travel fast, but good news will surely arrive.

Words also fail me. Nobody is responsible for your happiness except you. You are the only one who can minister health to yourself.
